Shipping

Estimated arrival times are shown on individual Etsy listings. A&T Treasure Trove’s disclosed production partner, Printify, prints and ships products in the United States.

Returns and exchanges

Return and exchange eligibility is shown in the details of each Etsy listing. One current listing states that returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and items must be returned in their original condition.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted before an order has shipped.

Payments and import taxes

Payments are securely processed by Etsy. Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits are accepted. For US deliveries, Etsy policy requires duties and fees to be included in checkout pricing. Buyers outside the US may need to pay customs or import fees, and are responsible for customs-related delays.
